經常覺得飽飽滯滯,甚至出現上腹痛、胃氣脹、胃抽筋,有可能係功能性消化不良。所謂功能性即是身體沒有病變,係由胃部消化功能不協調造成。都市人進食太急或錯誤嘅飲食習慣都有機會引起消化不良,要錫住個胃,以下6個壞習慣一定要戒!
1. 飲無定時
2. 暴飲暴食
3. 經常食油炸、辛辣、冰冷或加工食物
4. 香口膠時有吞嚥動作,吞下空氣可致胃氣脹
5. 不適當使用飲管,當飲品接近吸完時會吸入空氣
6 進食後2個小時內躺下,會減慢消化,增加胃酸倒流
醫生指出,若經常胃部不適就要留意,如出現消瘦、黑便、腹部有明顯硬塊或睡着時痛醒等,就要馬上求醫。如有疑慮,亦可諮詢看看是否要作進一步檢查。
